If you are staying a short time this hotel is as good as any. However, I was there for 27 nights. To begin WiFi was a joke. You always have to sign in, auto sign in is not available and it constantly kicks you off. Their much touted restaurant is only open 6:00am to 9:00 am. This is despite of the fact that it is advertised as being open til 10:00 am. This means if you enjoy the night life and get to bed by 2 am, you have to be up by 8:45 am to enjoy breakfast. I did not ever see any other lunch or dinner service. Despite my pointing out this misinformation, they have still not updated their website to the actual time. On top of that, their tables were so low, I could not get my knees under them. Their staff do not seem to understand that people staying there are on vacation, so they come around at 9:30am for room cleanup, so don't forget to put up the do not disturb sign. For a hotel in a beach town, they had nowhere to hang your stuff up to dry. I had to buy a hanger just to be able to hang my towel out the window to dry. Further, as a scuba diver, drying my gear in the room was impossible, so I had to go out of my way to dry it at the dive shop, and then had to pay a taxi to bring it back to the hotel. Everywhere you look, you can see black mold growing where the air con is. The hallway to the pool area is so low, I had to bend down quite far to navigate it. I understand that the star rating system is a little loose for third world countries, but even by a relaxed standard, this is no 4 star hotel. They did not even supply a face towel for their occupants and I saw nowhere to borrow a towel for the beach. The shower is a 2 foot by 5 foot indentation in the floor, with a lip of about 1\2 an inch. The shower curtain would get wet and stick to your body as you tried to shower. Horrible feeling. I cannot recommend this hotel for a stay longer than 4 or 5 days.
