clean friendly staff fast response everything is great

The room is very clean and nice.

The hotel is located in the center of Jambi city. The room is a bit cramped, but still okay. Clean, comfortable, and not noisy. The hotel parking lot is also quite spacious.

The toilet is too small so it is not easy to shower.

Every time I go home to Medan and pass through Jambi, I always stay here. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

SORRY THE PHOTOS ARE NOT MATCHING, The hotel is okay, the location is in the middle of the city, but when you want to enter the lobby outside the hotel, the bay stings from chicken droppings. It turned out that in the morning I saw a very large swallow's nest building around the hotel area. It's possible that the smell is from there

This is the second time staying at this hotel, overall ok. Last year's experience was ok, so this year I stayed here again. The location is in the middle of the city, easy to reach. The standard room is not too spacious. When I stayed there, the toilet was problematic. First: the shower hose leaked so that the water that came out was not optimal. Second: the sink leaked quite badly, the water flooded the toilet floor. That night, the shower hose was replaced, but the water that came out was not hot. The sink was patched but it still leaked although not as bad as the beginning. This year when I checked in, there was a welcome drink coupon. Hopefully next year I will stay again and the room will be without any problems.

The breakfast was delicious and the menu choices were liked by the children.

for the type of room I occupied, the atmosphere was quite good, but it was difficult to pray in the room, there was no wide space. the receptionist was friendly and nice. the toilet was not very clean, room facilities such as the hair dryer had to be called to the lobby first, it was not available in the room. for the food at breakfast so far it's quite good.

First time staying here, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, fragrant and it was already cold when we entered. Stable hot water, fragrant towels, there is a mini fridge, and a water heater too. Will be back to stay here again ✨

In terms of friendliness, the staff is good, only the hallway near the window is dirty and the hotel glass with a dirty view outside. The blanket and pillow are already brown, it's time to change them.

Every time I go home, I always stay at Odua Weston Jambi.

Everything is ok but there are some things that need to be fixed such as the shower hanger is shaking, the door latch is shaking, the way to see people outside is not working, the bottom of the bed is thick with dust and there are empty mineral water bottles and the sheets and pillowcases smell sour (maybe when the drying process was still damp) so they don't smell good 🙏

Checked in there for a family trip, and I got a pleasant experience for the location, cleanliness, and very helpful staff. Thank you.
