In a room that is occupied by many mites that bite, thus disturbing sleep time, my suggestion is that housekeeping should always clean the room regularly, especially the mattress area, which should always be vacuumed so that it is always clean, even though there are mattresses that are not touched by guests, they should still be vacuumed regularly.

The hotel staff was very friendly..from the lobby to the front, the room was fragrant and clean. Once inside the room, it looked like it had never been used (stuffy), the bathroom was still not very clean because there was still toothpaste residue on the sink. The AC was also dirty and not cold, so we had to open the window during our stay. The soundproofing was also lacking, because the sound from the next room was still audible so our sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night when we heard the sound of a large object falling loudly on the floor. As for breakfast, it was delicious and the menu was varied.

I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Kendari because it has a swimming pool for my kids who love swimming. Breakfast at the restaurant is still free for kids, no additional charge. Check-in and check-out were quick, and I got a non-smoking room as requested. The room was quite clean, the AC was very cold, the hot water in the bathroom worked well, and the TV in my room had been replaced with a Smart TV so I could watch Netflix, YouTube, etc. (using my personal account).

Recommendations for those of you who want to stay at this hotel while on vacation and working, the area is very close to food outlets, oh yes, the variety of food needs to be improved again, the food is all spicy and hot, children under 6 years old are free, thank you, same hotel, a recommended hotel for you guys.

When I go to Kendari, I always stay at the Same Hotel. It's perfect for families, with a kids' pool. At night, there are plenty of food vendors in front of the hotel.
