A nice place to stay to rest after a day of walking around, the hotel staff are friendly and very helpful.

Good stay for family (up to 9person) for their 4brm villa. Affordable price and staff are friendly and helpful. Access to hotel a bit hard for car but manageable. Cleanliness need improvement, despite they clean everyday seems like scums are still visible

All the employees are friendly, every time breakfast is always delivered to the room. Extraordinary.

The staff are very attentive, there were several power outage during our stay, but quickly fixed by the staff. The place is quiet, relaxing. The building is very well maintained. The only minor was not so many options of eateries nearby.

It's really comfortable staying here, the service is also friendly, the food is delicious, the atmosphere makes you relax. Feels like home.

Overall good. The service from the staff is also very good. Smooth hot water. Breakfast, choose a menu, the food tastes okay. Weaknesses are more to the location which is in a residential complex. So if you hope to be able to take a walk and see the shops around, it's not suitable. The property is beautiful, but the little things like the soap shelf in the bathroom are peeling and need to be replaced anyway. For those like me, because they have business to go to Bali and have also rented their own vehicle to travel, in my opinion, Puri Sabina suits my needs, both for location and property facilities.

The location is in the housing. It is quite strategic if there is a plan to explore the Jimbaran and Uluwatu areas. Five star service! Friendly and very helpful.

I like the quiet place, but the facilities are still limited so it's a little inconvenient for visitors. 1. There is no telephone in the room to call customer service; 2. Drinking water is outside the room so it is inconvenient for visitors to leave the room.

Feel disappointed because the room that was given was not according to order. The fridge in the room is broken, the water is leaking wet the floor. The breakfast menu is also less varied.

I was not bribed whatsoever, there was no lack at all. The staff and manager are very very very friendly. For those of you who want to go to Bali and are confused about staying everywhere. The place is comfortable, the rooms are spacious there had been problems with the AC room not cold, the response of the staff was very fast and friendly moving to another room whose AC was near the Jimbaran beach too
