The check in and check out process is around 10-15 minutes, the room is spacious, clean, the view from the balcony is quite good. In the room, they give 2 bottles of drinking water, no electric kettle, tea, coffee and sugar.

for the facilities and room rates we are quite satisfied. we chose a fairly spacious room with 2 king beds, because we are husband and wife with 2 teenage children. it is quite difficult for us to find a hotel with these facilities at an affordable price in the city center. the cleanliness of the room is also quite good. the location of the hotel is very strategic, we arrived at 12 noon and had to wait for check in at 2 pm. at 2 pm we still had to wait according to the queue. finally we were only able to check in at 14.30. the staff is not very friendly and not very communicative there is a deposit of 200 thousand per room breakfast turned out not to be in the hotel restaurant in general, but in the restaurant next door with a voucher of 50 thousand / person (1 room gets 2 vouchers) if there are additional people or food is charged ala carte

The location is very strategic but unfortunately the air conditioning in the room is not cold enough, there are no tissues, tea coffee and a kettle to make hot water. For breakfast it is lacking, only get a meal voucher

Actually everything is good, but this is the first time I've stayed in a hotel without hot water? Poor kid, so he couldn't take a shower while in the hotel. Since this is in Malang, the water is really cold (we're from Pasuruan) so we're not used to the water. Also, the floor of the room is very noisy like every step we take. Then it seems like we often hear sounds from the floor above like it's not soundproof. Other than that, it's pretty good. The food is also delicious. We had time to ask for plates and spoons (usually every time we stay, we always ask for these for the kids to eat in the room) it seemed like it took soooooo long, like 30 minutes or so until we finally called the restaurant again and it was only delivered about 5-10 minutes after our 2nd call.

The second time I stayed there in 2025. Early in the year and before Eid. For a big family like me it was fun, 1 room with 2 queen beds, especially since there was a connecting room too. Fun, but the rules are too rigid and the delivery is rude, in my opinion.

Booked a Nano room, the room was very small, 16 square meters including the bathroom. The reception staff was not friendly, the hotel security guard was also not friendly and directed the parking with a gloomy face, even though I came to this hotel as a guest and paid. The bathroom smelled of urine when I first arrived. The water absorption in the bathroom was also not good, so when I took a shower, the water overflowed outside the toilet. Improve the service and facilities.
