Upon first check-in, I was given a room on the 7th floor, No. 11, in the far corner next to the emergency exit. It was already dark and still relatively quiet, so it felt a bit spooky.
After showering and praying, I went down to reception and briefly explained my concerns. It turned out we could move rooms. I was asked to sit down for a while, and the manager on duty arrived shortly after.
I was finally moved to room No. 02 on the 6th floor, near the elevator. Although it turned out to be a smoking room, it felt more comfortable because the neighboring rooms were occupied.
Overall, the service was good, friendly, and the facilities were complete and functioning well.
There's also a 24-hour cafe next to the lobby. I tried ordering drinks and fries, but the fries seemed a bit old, as they were a little mushy and not fresh.
Thank you to all the staff and management. I hope things continue to improve and we can welcome more guests.
