the concept is more like a homestay, when you enter you are greeted by the owner/guardian carried your suitcase upstairs I got a room with access to the outside window so I don't need to turn on the lights during the day I really like it here, the cleanliness is quite okay, the toilet is standard, for resting alone for a day or two, it's quite comfortable access to a minimarket near the front of the alley, access to warteg:/food around is also affordable AC in the room is also cool, no error Samsek, it's really cold in fact I said for 1 small room there is a table, cupboard, mirror, well basically it's okay a warm experience because it's my 1st time going to Jakarta & getting cheap accommodation here!

The innkeeper is very kind and friendly. I was very helped. I had some business and left my backpack there until Maghrib. The room is also comfortable, there is a table, chair, wall mirror, soap in the bathroom, prayer mats are also provided, there are some clothes hangers in the closet. Recommended and cheap.

I was allowed to check in early as I reached there at 12.30pm. The room was ready within 15 minutes. Much appreciated. Although surrounding around residential areas but it's quite private. Alfa Mart just around the corner if need to buy snacks etc. Overall I had a good rest and pleasant stay.

The place is very strategic, close to everywhere, the owner is friendly, lots of food, laundry and other facilities. The price is very affordable. The room is also quite good with affordable price.

Old money style boarding house in the middle to upper class in Jakarta, worth it according to the price paid. Access 1 km from Gambir (near Tugu Tani), also quite close to Senen Station, for backpackers it is really suitable. For prospective customers, please be wiser, sorry and thank you 🙏🏻.

Recommended for those who want a solo trip because the room and toilet are clean, the air conditioner is also cold, prayer mats, towels, and liquid soap are provided. Strategic location close to the station, food places and Alfamart.

The staff is friendly, a pleasant experience staying here for 3 nights, it could be a good choice for those who want to stay on a budget in Jakarta but with good facilities. The water is smooth, towels are also provided, the room is clean, the AC is quite cold, only the wifi has been tried several times but it has not been connected, and this inn is also in an alley. But overall it is recommended ✔️ Suggestions maybe the cellphone number written on the paper can be connected to WA, so that it is easier if there is a need. Thanks

Comfortable and clean, very suitable for solo travelers. I think I will often come back here when I'm in Jakarta, hopefully it can be maintained 👍.

Recommended for solo travel, at that price it's really worth it, plus it's close to Alfamart and places to eat and Gondangdia station, it's not noisy so you can sleep soundly, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean, it's the best, basically next trip stay here again^

The location is okay, close to Alfamart and places to eat. One of the drawbacks is that there are no signs, it really looks like a house and we enter someone's house. It turns out that the inside is similar to a boarding house with a receptionist who immediately greets us when we enter. In the room there is AC (although it is not too cold), towels, a table, chairs, a wardrobe and a fairly proper bed.

Quite recommended for those who transit for a day or 2 days. The facilities are according to the price, clean, comfortable and close to the city center. The downside is that at certain hours it is very noisy to hear people in the boarding house area.

The staff is friendly, the location is not far from the bus stop and rspad. Worth it for solo traveling

Strategic location, close access to everywhere, many culinary choices around, friendly and very helpful staff, smooth wifi, this is the first time staying at a homestay where towels are provided and it is very clean. Recommended.

With that price, it's worth it, especially since it's very friendly even though check-in is in the middle of the night.
