Good to have Kids Club and Water Park Good that my child likes the Water Park and Kids Club toys But the room is very old, the floor is old, the room is very dusty The carpet along the hotel's walkway is very dusty The equipment in the room is very old, the room smells musty We asked the staff for air freshener but they didn't bring it So we used our own perfume and sprayed it in the room instead The bathroom smells very strong from the drain Flushing the toilet, it feels like there is black sediment in the toilet, we have to flush it twice for the water to be clear The elevator is very old, not impressed at all The breakfast room, the food tastes very bland, the glasses are not cleaned properly There are stains on the glasses and the drinking water smells, we have to go out and buy drinking water ourselves, we will definitely not come back again

The hotel,All is Good... but not with the fat coco restaurant.... the waiter is not friendly.. I haven't finished eating yet, but they turned on the fan directly towards me and my child.. I don't know what their purpose was in doing that.. If you really have to eat quickly, please write if you don't accept small children eating there..

Great location with a great facilities.

The beds are HORRIBLE. I got massive back and neck pain from sleeping a couple of nights there. Breakfast was continental but not impressive. Very generic food and even though enough variety, they are not special nor satisfying. We got tired of the food after 1 breakfast. And we bought 4 days of breakfasts total. FACILITIES - GREAT. Amazing pool for children (although the water is always freezing cold), MASSIVE playroom (selling point of hotel) and being a beach front hotel is the best thing about the hotel. Customer service - the worst. I booked my stay 1 month in advance and specifically asked for a type of baby cot which the customer service chat said they have and will note it in the system. I repeatedly told them many times this is the cot we request and in case there are many guests in the hotel, I wanted to make sure we get priority to that specific cot having booked and requested 1 month in advance. The customer service (through LINE) seemed frustrated with me for repeating my request many times but lo and behold, the day we checked in the front desk said that the type of cot we had requested was unavailable and they do not have this cot for many months already. You can imagine how frustrated I was at this point. I of course complained, asked for a refund or partial refund and they could do nothing. All they did was apologize. Eventually with much complain they "upgraded" my room to a higher floor but still the same style room so not much of an upgrade.

ok the place is close to the beach. lots of facilities

The staff, some were friendly and some were not. We stayed at a partial sea view room for 3 nights that has balcony. And the balcony is not child friendly, it’s quite dangerous for kids. They cleaned the room everyday but somehow the floor was still dirty, seems like they cleaned everything but not the floor. The AC in the room was noisy, and you can’t control the temperature, the cold air blows onto the bed and it can get really cold. So, either you turn it off or turn it on. During the stay, the pool was always full, because they allows non hotel guest, and that made us uncomfortable. Coco Play was free for hotel guest but it can get full with non hotel guests. The food at the restaurant was good but it lacks variety and the price was higher compared to another hotel. The hotel area looks and feels old and windows are dirty.

Good hotel, clean, enthusiastic staff, location right next to the beach, very convenient to travel. The hotel is about 2km from the walking street, 7km from the Temple of Truth, about 6km from the pier to Coral Island. However, the hotel is a bit old, the ceiling is low, but for me, it is not a problem.
