There is noise from other rooms, not soundproof. The bathroom is a bit narrow.

I have become a regular at this hotel when there is training on campus, so it is closer and becomes the main choice to stay here, the receptionists are friendly, the staff are also friendly, the cleanliness is really well maintained, so it's okay, until now I've been staying here, it's really good.

. Budget hotel. The room is clean and comfortable, just no window but it doesn't matter. All staff are friendly and helpful. Good access, close to culinary. Right in front of it is a campus.

Let the stars do the talking. Strategic location near the main campus area in Semarang city, super family-like staff service and not stiff like other hotels are the characteristics every time I stay here. Overall not disappointing. Very close to USM activity location. Breakfast can not choose the menu because it is delivered to the room. Fruit needs to be prepared fresh, especially watermelon. Suggestion in the toilet needs to be provided with tissue. Thank you.

When complaining about disturbances from other rooms, it was responded to but ineffective because the disturbances continued, the hotel kept calling but when it was answered there was no sound up to 3 times which gave the impression of terrorizing. The blanket was not clean enough.

We are very sorry that this is beyond our control because foreign calls between rooms can occur at any time and from any room. We will use this as an internal evaluation for future improvements.
