Nice room, safe sleeping, bathing, eating.

Near the clock tower, can walk

It's conveniently close to everywhere, especially the Jam Gadang.

the best hotel, I've been to the cafe many times but this is the first time I've stayed here, next time I don't want to move to another hotel again. remember the holiday remember the grand gallery hotel

The service is friendly, the receptionist, Mr. Asep, is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is also very delicious, basically the best for Grand Gallery.

The hotel is strategically located in the center of Bukit Tinggi city, with satisfactory room facilities & services, recommended for travelers in Bukit Tinggi city.

Very close to Jam Gadang, clean and fragrant rooms.

Please change the towels..they are old and worn out..The small elevator only fits 5 people, it is slow, needs renovation considering that there is a cafe upstairs with lots of visitors so hotel guests have to wait to get on the elevator. The rest is very good..suitable for staying with family.

Near to Gadang clock and food places, lifts need to be added and breakfast lacks taste. Hopefully it will be better in the future. Thank you.

Stayed twice with two different types of rooms at the Grand Gallery Hotel. Both types are equally good, comfortable, clean.. love it. Next time I go to Bukit again, I will stay here again..God willing 🥰

My husband and I stayed on 26 Feb 2025, room 203. Very happy, the room is near the balcony, sitting there enjoying the view is really nice. Overall I enjoyed staying at Grand Gallery, the downside is the elevator is slow.

The location is indeed the best. Only about 200 meters to the Clock Tower. The room was very disappointing. Damp, smells bad, hair everywhere, towels are very dirty, water heater for boiling dirty water - not cleaned, AC smells, pillows smell bad. There are not many breakfast choices, breakfast at 9 o'clock many of the foods are already empty and have to wait a long time for refills. For a hotel class of 400 thousand, I think it's not worth it, there are still many choices of hotels around the clock tower. I do not recommend this hotel 🙏🏻
