I recommend this guest house for this price, it's close to the city center, but perhaps every room needs some renovation. I go to Jogja once a year and always stay here. Recently, it just needed a few touches to keep it comfortable. The cleanliness is okay, the bathroom lights are a bit dim, and the room needs to be repainted. But overall, it's quite comfortable and satisfying. Hopefully, it can continue to be developed and maintain its affordable price.

It's just a 5-minute walk to Alkid, so you won't have to worry about finding food, as there are plenty of shops nearby. The environment is quiet, perfect for relaxing.

I've been eyeing to stay at this hotel for a long time because it's close to Alkid, but I just got around to it yesterday. I checked in on the 28th, and only stayed one night (and that wasn't enough). I like the atmosphere of the room. The AC is cold, the toilet is clean, the shower is running, the hot water is on, the towels are clean, the blankets are thick, there are power outlets in every corner of the room. The men and women are friendly. The atmosphere is very beautiful.

The man is very friendly. The location is also close to Alun Alun Kidul. There are many food stalls and it is crowded. The room is not too big but enough to rest. The room and bathroom are clean. Only bar soap is provided. It can be an option if you stay in Jogja. Coffee and tea are provided in the lobby.

For that price, the room is VERY GOOD! The AC is cold, the TV uses STB, but I use my phone more often, right? The wifi is safe. The cleanliness is okay, but because it's a homestay, the cleaning treatment is definitely not like a 3-star hotel, but it's clean. The toilet bowl is clean, there's no yellowness, if there's mold on the glass, it does need a special cleaner. THE REVIEWER IS NOT FRIENDLY, what's the problem?? Friendly... but not perfect! The hotel staff is very friendly. The location of the hotel is very close to Alun2 Kidul, everywhere is close. The hotel atmosphere is calm and comfortable. The price is pocket-friendly. The parking lot is quite spacious.

near alun2 kidul, just walk. be careful of the traffic jam in alun2, have to be smart to find another way. the inn is like a house, the car park only fits 3 cars. The inn lobby is dirty, the room is quite clean, only the wooden bed frame makes you often trip. the hot water shower and sink are very fast, great for bathing. no soap, sandals, toothbrushes are provided so you have to bring your own. tea & coffee drinks are provided in front. hopefully it can help those who want to stay here.

The staff are friendly men. Very communicative. The room is quite good, and also clean, amenities are only soap and towels, unfortunately the bathroom sink is clogged pet pet.

The hotel is very comfortable and the location is very strategic, very close to Alun Alun Kidul. Cold AC, Hot Water is also available, the receptionist is very friendly. This hotel is highly recommended for guests who rest at night and go out all day to explore Yogyakarta. Not the type for staycation of course.
