Room was quite big. The AC was cold, the bathroom was quite spacious. The TV was already a smart TV with Netflix & YouTube. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice too, you could choose what you wanted from the menu book. The staffs are all great n helpful. Wouldn’t mind going back to spend a night here!

The luxury concept is half-hearted.. It's just good in the design of the building and the room.. But the cleanliness is a dud.. The towels are dirty with lots of yellow spots, I don't know what.. Then after a while, from the bathroom suddenly came the smell of sewers that I don't know where it came from.. Then for breakfast the menu is limited.. not varied enough.. can only choose a few types of menus that have been determined on the list.. But overall the food is delicious.. Oh yeah, what's even stranger, in their restaurant where the room is closed, smoking is allowed.. It's true that smoking and non-smoking seats are separated.. But it's still in the same room.. in my opinion this is unethical for a hotel that carries the luxury concept.. The plus point, even though the luxury concept is half-hearted and the cleanliness is lacking.. but if you want to rest here it's really comfortable because the mattress, blanket and pillows are really proper.. Sleep really soundly.. And if asked whether you will come back to stay here again? Of course not, just once is enough.. I just wanted to try it out of curiosity.. and the results so far are that Langham is still much better and is my main choice if I'm looking for a luxury concept hotel around South Jakarta that is truly close to perfect..

Very impressed, I didn't expect such a great experience. The hotel is decorated in a European style, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the coffee is excellent, and the rooms are absolutely beautiful.

I really like the room. Culinary ranging from elegant cafes to delicious street food is close by. Unfortunately the service experience at the front desk, especially during check out, was disappointing.

Every room have different of type room I get white type room Big room for standard type, clean, highceiling, nice bathroom, netflix. But sorry for the check in deskis small and no privacy. They just only have one desk for check in

For what it is, its not worth it. The room is not sound proof and the room is small with nice decoration. I'm not a smoker and the restaurant is mostly indoors and they allow guest to smoke inside. This is such a turn off for me and I paid a lot per night here just to smell like an ashtray. Great location tho.

So, this is a good recommendation for a budget that doesn't break the bank too much.

Lovely hotel. Super kind staff, very nice rooms. It is a shame that the restaurant accepts smoking but this is commonplace in indonesia still. Will come back as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

The restaurant is offering a la Carte breakfast. Only one item is allowed to be ordered. As we are paying a premium price, a buffet breakfast is expected. Please highlight your breakfast is not a buffet on the site. I also requested to pack my breakfast early as I needed to go to the airport. Food packed without cutlery. It was very difficult to get a set of reusable cutlery.
