The room is quite spacious, comfortable for bringing family, the food is also delicious.

the new building rooms are better but the bathrooms don't have exhausts and the doors can't be closed. the ones with windows facing the road are right in front of a big mosque and the sound of the dawn call to prayer is really audible, it's not soundproof so you'll definitely wake up

There is a food menu but there is no way to contact the restaurant (a telephone should be provided), bars/security guards need to be installed on the windows for safety.

If I am on duty in Pontianak, I will definitely stay at this 95 hotel. The hotel staff is friendly. The breakfast is also very varied.

The view from the 7th floor is good, breakfast has quite a variety, the staff is responsive

Dapat kamar di lantai 5, waktu masuk baunya agak apek, seprtinya lama ga ditempat dan disudut kamar ada jaring laba-laba. Remot ac rusak tp uda dcarikan gantiny sama petugas. Respon nya baik.

Untuk harga segitu ga rekomen dengan kondisi kamar yang kotor, bantal bau, tv rusak, kamar banyak nyamuk, kecoa dimana² air coklat. Semoga bisa d perbaiki biar ga kapok kesini, kelas hotel tp kok kayak losmen.

Beberapa kali mati listrik. Saat sarapan juga diteriakin karena gak bawa kupon sarapan.

The breakfast is okay, only the room is a bit cramped and small. The toilet floor is also slippery, very prone to falling. If you want hot water, it's also a hassle to have to go to the 2nd floor or go to the receptionist. In the future, only provide water heaters for those who need it.
