We had a great time! It was one of the best of our family staycation! 🫰

Hotel Staff Very very friendly, but there is a minus in the male receptionist staff because I asked for an ashtray twice but it was not delivered, even though he said it would be delivered to the room.. the rest is great.. the room is clean, fragrant, spacious and the breakfast menu is also delicious with many variants.. the coolest is the view from the room, it's really good.. I happened to be there because I was celebrating my birthday with my husband.. thank you 😁😁

Friendly service, improve the dim lights, and the pool facilities should be open at night so they can be used in the morning.

Booked 2 rooms but towels were not available and had to be requested and also took a long time to arrive, check in time was the longest of any other hotel, the others were at 14:00 while this was at 15:00, breakfast was also very standard.

This is the second time staying here, the kids are happy and don't want to go home, the staff are very friendly. Only this time I got a room with a broken bathroom exhaust, and the bathroom curtain was a bit broken, but everything is okay 👍🏻 Hopefully I will have the fortune to come here again. 😊

really satisfied staying here, really like the spacious room, the bathroom is also nice, there is a bathtub that we can use while watching TV.. the view is super cool and beautiful.. I just got the view of the hill and river.. the facilities are very well maintained.. continue to be successful and I definitely want to come back again

It was an amazing staycation with this hotel. From the friendly staff yet helpful, a clean guest room, tasty foods n drinks and so much menu at breakfast, many activities for family especially for kids. Thank you Le Eminance for making our day!

Family's favorite hotel since the pandemic, now there are many improvements. I went during the Eid holiday so it was definitely very crowded. The check-in time was a bit late even though I had registered when I arrived very early in the morning but the room was not ready until 15.30. The positive thing is that my request was considered. Now there is a free family photo facility that is printed 1x. The 2 days I stayed the hot water in the room was not too hot so it was not comfortable to use for soaking in the bath up and sometimes the water felt cold for taking a shower. My child really likes playing in the outbound area even though it is paid again. I haven't come to stay for almost 4 years but the condition of the room is still the same, still very well maintained. The garden area is also getting more beautiful.

Nice view, nice room and nice food.

The staff is very friendly, very helpful, everything is excellent, the only minor thing is that the blanket had a little red stain.

The view from inside the room is very nice, the hot water swimming pool is very suitable for children with the cold air of Puncak, the staff is friendly, the only downside is that check in is slow, the room is only ready at 4 pm, overall everything is good.
