It is quite comfortable for a break in the city. With good bath tube and hot water facilities, it can further support a relaxing break.

Previously, I checked in a non-smoking room, it was clean and comfortable. The second time I checked in, I chose the smoking room. The towels were stuffy and the blankets were dirty, as if they hadn't been washed. The bathtub was dirty, slippery, lots of dust on my body, itchy red bumps made me regret it 😔🙈

Reception slow, food salty, room a bit dirty

The interior of the room is really nice, complete amenities including cotton buds and shaving cream, there is also a bathtub, water heater and wifi, check-in time is a bit long because of the queue, the receptionist seems confused but friendly. And check-out is really fast. So far I really like the design and cleanliness of the room. It's really worth it🤩🩷✨

1. When I opened the door, cockroaches greeted me on the floor. 2. The bedsheets had lots of blood stains. Yellow pillowcases. Probably not changed by the Housekeeping team. Oh my. 3. Dirty toilet. 4. Lots of small cockroaches. 5. Used stirrer not changed. Hiyekkk. 6. Asked for an ashtray and was given a used ashtray. Oh my... I couldn't get angry anymore. I just laughed. 7. What does the RDM or HK do in a room that dirty????

The first time I arrived there were no security guards or staff to help in the parking lot but fortunately it was still quiet. For the room type yesterday I took a deluxe suite, requested a king but got a twin but it was quite large and had been combined by the hotel. The AC was cold, the floor was not peeling, complete amenities, the refrigerator was cold so far what was feared did not happen like some of the reviews that had been read. There were no cockroaches or ants, the room was quite soundproof, and I slept soundly and soundly. If I may suggest, maybe the curtains can be replaced because they are starting to have holes and the bathtub also has an uneven surface because after soaking my child actually got wounds on his buttocks and it was sore and scarred until now. Next time for those who want to stay, I suggest it's better to just wear clothes so it's safer. So far I'm satisfied with my staycation here, hopefully some points can be improved in the future.

check in check out process was very quick. the room is quite spacious but the cleaness of the bedsheet was disappointed, smelly and stained. bathroom was okay.

for breakfast today.. not like before.. a bit lacking🙏, for the sheets please pay attention again, digital TV service and wifi signal are great..
