great service is very good and fast, swimming pool facilities and others are great, especially the steam room and sauna. delicious breakfast and lots of variations, suitable for bringing children because there are many kids menus. Hotel security is maintained extraordinarily and the service is very good.

First arrived at the hotel. I was most pleased with the festive Eid decor attributes. According to my expectations before staying. And after arriving, the receptionist was very helpful, named Ms. Shanty. And her friend who had put my stuff directly in my room. And the most interesting thing is the guy who took my photo. When I was in the lobby I forgot his number. Thank you, sir, for the beautiful photos and really helped me get these beautiful photos during Eid. And thank you to all the staff who were very friendly and helped us. I will recommend my friends to stay here. Always success for jw. Marriot Medan. The best 🙏🫶💯❤️👍🏻

I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Hotel Medan, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience—especially thanks to the incredible front desk team. Even though the room was not ready when I arrived around 8pm, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Maggie from operator provided me with seamless check-in, accommodating special requests, and offering thoughtful recommendations, including a late check out. She really went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and cared for. Her genuine hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, but this team has mastered it. They are the heart of the hotel, and their efforts did not go unnoticed! Thank you again for making my stay so memorable—I will definitely be returning!

The room glass is blurry and you can see trash on the glass roof of the pool. Too bad the spa is no longer available.
