Need more Traning for the staff attendet

Hot water is not available in room 204, breakfast service is not on time so if you have an early flight this hotel is not suitable.

staying at the NAKA hotel was really satisfying.

Friendly staff... Spacious rooms... Suitable for family vacations... The food is quite varied.

Currently I am staying at the Naka Hotel and I booked via Traveloka, I had a bad experience, the water was stuck and didn't flow for almost an hour, even though my husband was defecating. I tried calling the receptionist, but it turned out the room phone wasn't working, I met the receptionist directly, and their reason was that there was a leaking room and it was being repaired, so the water was turned off temporarily. But for a long time the water was stuck for me, it was really annoying. This was my first and last stay at the Naka Hotel 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

overall it's good and fun. the only thing I feel lacking is breakfast time, the food variety is lacking.

I booked to stay for 2 days, but because the cleanliness and service were not good, I decided to check out and move to another hotel even though I had to give up my second day's ticket. There were lots of small cockroaches in the bathroom. The shower curtain was very dirty and had not been replaced. There were no towels available. When asked to the receptionist, the reason was that it was being laundryed. In fact, the Naka Hotel is strategically located near Lippo Mall. Please improve the facilities and service management.

The hotel is just 2 minutes walk to the mall and hospital. The staff were really nice and helpfull :)

Comfortable and fun, but the food is not varied and there is no gym.

The area around the pool is dirty and the pool toilets are unusable. There is no gym.

Speaking of the bedroom, not really that soundproof but anyway it's comfy, and really love watching YouTube through tv, Netflix and chill. The environment around hotel is kinda great. Bathroom is nice, there's heat and cold water. Toiletries - don't worry, they are complete. I'm into the foods. So much variant and the taste is exquisite. Last but not least, staff friendliness is top tier! lovee it.. IMO, the rating will be 4,89/5.
