Close to Ancol so I also stayed here. The room is good for this price and quite clean.

The staff is friendly, the room doesn't have a toothbrush so bring your own. The downside in my opinion for that price is that the room is super not soundproof (to the point where you can hear the man snoring next door) and the room smells of cigarettes. The upside is that it's close enough to JIS to watch concerts, and there's an Alfamart next door although it's not 24 hours.

For those who want to go around Ancol and its surroundings, this hotel is highly recommended, I will come here again on my next trip.

fast service, friendly, great budget hotel. only in the noise section, there were guests like 1 family, several people were very noisy from day to night. D helped the hotel and was reprimanded, eh in the morning it was noisy again

We stayed here for 5 days and it was very satisfying. The staff were very friendly and responsive. The hotel and room were clean. Our room was just right for two people. The bathroom was quite spacious. The water heater worked well. The AC was cold. The TV worked well. There was a dispenser on each floor. There was a separate laundry service. You can borrow an iron for free. There was also a housekeeper. There was Alfamart next to the hotel and there was a canteen/warteg in front of the hotel. There was a bus stop a short walk away. Recommended, especially for those with a low budget.

The hotel access is very good, because it is on the side of the main road & close to the mikrotrans bus stop, so it's easy if you want to go to JIS. The ambiance is just fine, there is a water heater, the AC is cold, wifi, clean, but yesterday I tried the TV, it seemed like it couldn't signal. There are people selling mixed food, smashed chicken in front of the hotel. Right next to the hotel there is an Alfamart. For the service, it is very friendly. Nice.

The receptionist staff is really friendly and quick to respond.

Suitable for those who want to listen to kpop concerts🙂 Close to Ancol. The surrounding environment is quiet, so you can rest peacefully.
