As our lyf guards play an integral role and are a big part of the lyf experience, we take feedback very seriously and any information you provide us with will be very useful in ensuring that the necessary retraining efforts are done accordingly.--As we are a co-living service residence, and not a hotel, light housekeeping is done once every 3 days and full housekeeping is done once a week. In between if you needed any amenity top-up or have any queries, you are always welcome to approach our friendly lyf Guards at our Say Hi! counter who would be happy to assist. The light cleaning includes clearing thrash, change of towels, making of the bed and top up of amenities. We seek your kind understanding in this matter. --We sincerely apologise for the intermittent Wi-Fi connection you experienced, and the inconvenience caused to you. We understand that Wi-Fi connectivity is important for our guests regardless of work or leisure purposes. Please allow us to assure you we are currently working with our service provider on improvement plans for the Wi-Fi connectivity at our co-living property and we sincerely hope the increased bandwidth and improved settings will provide our guests with seamless internet connection soon.--We have taken your feedback on board and are continuously striving to improve our services and offerings to ensure that your next stay with us is even more comfortable!--Our doors are always open and we look forward to welcoming you back here for your next adventure!--Cheers, lyf Guard team
