The toilet was clogged, the shower drain was clogged, the room smelled really bad, the floor was dirty, the shower was a mess, the mattress smelled bad, the pillows smelled musty. Oh my, it was really 0/10

Sorry to say, but this is the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. I got room 116. I know it's cheap, but it's not worth it even if it's just a place to sleep.

Please check the cleanliness of the room under the bed again.

The staff are beautiful, friendly too, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean.

The room was dirty with sawdust, the bathroom was a bit smelly and stuffy, probably because there was no exhaust, the condition of the room did not match the price of the room, and the breakfast was very bad in terms of taste and presentation, you could only choose 1 menu.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The receptionist was quite humble and the check in process was quite fast. I didn't know that I needed to deposit my ID card or Rp50.000,- until the check in process. That's quite uncomfortable for me. The room was just ok for the price (around Rp300k). I got a deluxe room where the door is facing the front side of the hotel and the window is facing the back side of the hotel, which is scary and looks like a dumpster area. There was a slight smell coming out from the drainage in the bathroom. There's no wardrobe or even a cloth hanger, so it was a little bit messy. I left the room quite long but nobody made up my room. I don't know, maybe I needed to ask for it. But I was grateful for the hot water even though it took a few minutes to be warm. I found some spots on the sheet 😖 I think what's good from this hotel is even though it's just a cheap hotel, they already have an elevator. It's working very well. The location of this hotel is also strategic. There are a lot of food around this hotel and it's close to the building of the event that I had to attend.

The hotel staff was not friendly, I brought a baby and couldn't check in early. Even though it was okay to be charged, we arrived in Bandung at dawn because we took a bus from Palembang. We went straight to the hotel thinking we could check in early, but it turned out we couldn't. Even though there was a brochure in front of the receptionist desk. Finally, we paid 250 thousand for the room. And we were given something like a warehouse room 🥲 btw we booked on that day for 2 nights. But they said early check in was only possible until 11. It was really impossible to ask for a discount, even though it was okay to check in early and pay 100-150 thousand too. Eh, it wasn't given. They said the rooms were full. When I said I could pay for a day. They said I could. In the end, we paid 250 thousand from dawn until 12 noon to check in from our booking. I was really annoyed, I didn't want to stay at this hotel again, in the end we checked out and looked for another hotel with the same price. 250 thousand is already good, good service and strategic location, nice room. The snoring person next door can be heard very clearly, really clearly. Because it's not a wall but plywood that is being chatted 😅. The toilet is something 😅.

With that price, it is reasonable to get minimal facilities. Just for sleeping, that's fine.

The deluxe type bathroom, room 06, is ok, the AC is cold, the TV is ok, only 4 channels are available. The room is clean, everything is ok, only the bathroom is a closet, if you go to the bathroom it will clog up because it takes a long time to pee, the water goes down (luckily it doesn't flow), the shower is broken and the drain is open so it smells bad from the bottom, I tried closing it instead the water is blocked. The rest is comfortable.

Pesen deluxe tapi ga berasa deluxe masih lebih oke b*b * dengan harga segitu, water heater panasnya lama, ac nyala tapi kaya gapake ac, ga dikasih odol sikat gigi ataupun sabun ya bener-bener buat tidur doang aja nginep disitu.

Hari kedua, TV saya tbtb tidak ada siaran sama sekali. Untuk bintang tiga, siaran tvnya juga sangat terbatas, dan bantal hanya tersedia 2 saja. Biasa aku dapet 4 bantal di bintang 3 lain. Selanjutnya kamar saya jauh dari router wifi, jadi ga ada wifi sama sekali di kamar saya. Air panas habis setelah jam 1 siang (saya menginap 3 malam).
