Clean and comfortable hotel for rest

Very bad experience: 1. Stayed more than one night, but only two sets of toothbrushes were provided (not replenished daily). It would have been better to stay one night, otherwise it would have been a loss. 2. The water heater was broken. I called the lobby to ask for a replacement in the afternoon and was told "yes," but waited until the morning without any follow-up. I ended up having to go back to the lobby and ask for it while carrying my belongings. 3. The elevator vibrated as it went up and down. 4. The breakfast menu was awful, with absolutely no variety, and the presentation was dirty. 5. Arrived late at night and the parking lot was full due to limited space, and there was no security guard at all.

The check-in process was a bit complicated with the receptionist on duty at night and a bit unfriendly. The other staff were all nice and friendly.

We bought 12 ice cream cones, but if we didn't finish them, we could leave them with the receptionist.

I stayed here for 8 days and was very satisfied. All the staff were friendly and kind, and the room was cleaned daily.

So far everything is okay, but on the second day of breakfast the vegetable soup was too salty.

Just this once and I won't be coming back. The room is super cramped. The bed is a twin... even though I requested a king. I was offered an upgrade, haha. The bathroom exhaust doesn't work. There's only one trash can. Mineral water and tea aren't available either. Even though I got it for 435,000 Rupiah 😥😥 The towels are dirty. The room doesn't smell good. And when I wanted breakfast at 9, the restaurant had already cleaned up... then they just served me a mediocre menu, haha. We had a late breakfast because there was an event in the morning. It wasn't worth the price. hikssss
