Alhamdulillah, the friendliness of the hotel staff and crew was all good.

Strategic location. Prices are increasing.

Just checked in, entered the room the water tap to the toilet was leaking, there were cigarette burns in the toilet, the water overflowed so I wiped it with a towel and threw the towel away because it smelled. When checking out, I was asked to charge because there was no 1 towel. Too lazy to argue so I just paid for the towel 132k.

Clean and comfortable, close to food stalls.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed at this hotel with my family for a vacation or transit in Pontianak. because the service provided to customers is very satisfying. thank God the TV channel has been fixed. so the picture is clear, the room is cold, the bathroom is clean, tea coffee and a kettle are always in the room, blankets are definitely there. basically it is the best. just want to give input to the hotel. room 311 hexos the bathroom can't rotate, please fix it. because it is very useful if the bathroom has hexos. tks hotel Merpati. hopefully I can always come back here

When stopping by Pontianak, I always stay at Merpati. Because there are many facilities that I get, in other words, it is highly recommended for work, entertainment and with family.

usually we stay at this hotel after a long trip from out of town. only that must be considered the completeness of the facilities so that they are always equipped. cold air conditioning, hot water for smooth showers, spacious parking, clean rooms, decent breakfast, security guards are always on standby, the TV that is entertainment is sometimes just a display, because the picture is only ants, it's a shame if you bring children there is no entertainment. hopefully it can be a concern for the hotel management.

Very close to the city center Disadvantages 1. The hotel and room atmosphere are a bit outdated 2. There are small ants when you put food on the table 3. The food variety is limited and the taste is so-so, according to the price 4. The lighting in the lobby could be made a little brighter 5. There is no elevator
