The condition of the room did not match the booking application, when booking I asked for a large single bed because I was bringing a child, I was given 2 separate ones, and when checking in they said they could be combined but in fact they could not be combined and when I complained I was not answered properly, the staff was friendly, the facilities were ok, I was just disappointed with the bed.

The bathroom is clean, there is a hairdryer, clean towels, the room is very comfortable, there is a carpet, cold AC, there is a refrigerator. There are many variations of food.

Pros: the hotel lobby is spacious & nice, the room is quite clean but there is no bolster, there is a hairdryer & refrigerator, complete amenities, the bathroom is a bit small but cannot be locked because the door is a sliding wooden model, the children's pool is clean even though the pool is small, additional tires / coloring activities etc. must be purchased again, there is a gym, there is a playground but unfortunately for toddlers / children over 4 years old are no longer interested because the toys & tables are small, the employees are friendly Cons: the food is not varied for 2 days in a row the food is the same, like the leftovers from breaking the fast are not fresh, there are no snacks / typical Semarang food, so we eat instant noodles. Very unfortunate.

The Eid holiday there was fun. The staff was friendly and helpful for parking the car. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was okay.

Comfortable hotel for family vacation. Everything is okay. Fast check in and check out process. Delicious food and lots of variety, super comfort room, clean, fragrant, spacious. Perfect bathroom! Definitely come back here 😍

Maybe the room details need to be upgraded because yesterday when I stayed there, the bathroom door seemed to be hanging, because the bottom rail had come off.

Every month I go to Semarang, I always book this hotel.

room service 1. less responsive when there is a complaint. reported at 1 am asking for a blanket, went down to the lobby and now at 1 am 17 minutes past 1 am a new blanket has not been delivered 2. extended the room, when extended the situation the room floor was not swept.

Good, complete, good service and very pleasant.

The room is neat and soundproof. The parking lot is large. The staff is friendly. Suggestion: need more maintenance in the room to make it more modern.
