Very satisfying stay here, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the room is spacious and clean, there is a smart TV that can watch Netflix, the check-in process is fast.

stayed 3 nights here, so far so good.. for the room ok the type I chose has a mini kitchen and there is a dining table with a kettle + coffee also a 1 door refrigerator (unfortunately not provided electric stove and the like). The bathroom has a bath up but the bathroom is not spacious enough. All the staff are friendly, only I requested food to be delivered at 9 am the receptionist I don't know if I heard wrong or what, the restaurant staff in the information I asked for 8 am. So I was still sleeping comfortably already busy being called by the restaurant people who wanted to deliver bf 😩 a bit disturbed by this kind of food delivery, because I should still be sleeping but had to wake up to open the door first. The menu is also not varied, it's very simple. The rest is ok and comfortable. Hopefully it can be better.

There are spots on the mattress, I don't know what they are. It should be replaced with a new one.

The food is delicious, cleanliness is also okay.

for the service is ok, but what is very unfortunate is when we entered the room there was a smell of cigarettes and there were cigarette butts too which seemed to indicate that someone had smoked in our room before we checked in. but the room was tidy. it seemed like the one who smoked in the hotel room was the staff. we were disappointed but because we had already paid we just kept quiet. next time please don't be like that

the hotel is very comfortable, the building looks like it's old, but inside it is very comfortable, the receptionist was very helpful when checking in. moreover the restaurant is very comfortable, because I invited my colleagues to have a meeting in the restaurant area, the service is very friendly and the food is very delicious. the price is quite affordable for a hotel class 10/10 for this hotel always success for grand kasira, hopefully it will continue to advance

thought it was a buffet at the restaurant, but it turned out to be delivered to the room. there were some stains on the mattress spray, but forgot to take pictures. the rest is okay if anyone is looking for a place to stay on a budget

Clean room, cold AC, comfortable, toilet is also clean although there is only 1 toothbrush, soap and shampoo. But ask for more and it will be delivered directly to the room. Netflix and chill are running smoothly ... a bit disappointed there is no stove, I want to cook steak dinner and eat in the dining room but there is none, as a result the meat is displayed in the freezer in the room refrigerator until check out. But it's okay. Breakfast is also delivered to the room so the portions and varieties are limited. But it's okay, it tastes good. The bathtub is really nice to soak in hot water, it's really good, using a bathboom and scattered roses makes you relax and happy. Thank you Grand Kasira. I celebrated my wedding anniversary with my husband at Grand Kasira. Impressive.
