very effective for staying with good hope in accordance with the hotel name GOOD HOPE

The aircon is not cold and the toilet is wet and slippery. My mum nearly slip a couple of times. Haizz

Old and unkempt hotel, the damp smell of an old building.

The staff is friendly, come at 11 o'clock you can immediately check in and immediately rest in the room

The TV channel needs to be fixed. because it is not clear. add the sport channel, movie. overall is ok.

This is a place that have good food just nearby. And this is not a place that do many malls, that is also to remind that this is not Kuala Lumpur. But it ' s a good venue away from the main in JB. I have a good rest and have more places to explore when I coming back here again.

Stayed at superior king room. No laundry bag given, sockets were somehow interlinked with light switches so if you turn off light switch you will lose sokcet functioning as well. Not sure if such concept apply to other rooms.

Okay, even though the surroundings of the hotel are ordinary, there is an abandoned Plaza in front of the hotel. The pool is a little cleaner than before.

Clean but old. Kettle problem (it 's cheaper to change a new only for upgrading). Air-conditioning compressor next to bed. Very very simple breakfast (not as per value). Smelly pillow. Pros: the room is spacious.

The room was very hot and the Aircon no strong. Very bad hotel.

Pros: Comfy room, friendly staffs. Cons: No elevator to reception floor from carpark basement, basement is somewhat smelly, the room has that old-hotel smell but can just ignore it. Am not a fussy type so overall am satisfied and don't mind check in in here again.

Old hotel but still good condition.

Berbaloi. Cheap and affordable price for a quick stay overnight. Valuable for your money. Very nearby to Jb city centre as well. Decent foods, comfortable bedrooms. The shower was amazing cause water pressure so good. And heater was working fine. All in all, good experience.

Last minute booking. Quite comfortable. Only the parking spot a bit shady.
