The hotel's calm and comfortable atmosphere is perfect for resting and the location is very close to the city center.

The food is quite good, the price is good. The hotel is clean, but it would be better to add air freshener.

The location is very good. The hotel is a bit old, but overall ok. The pool area is nice. The price is a bit expensive because it coincides with the holiday.

The hotel is comfortable, clean. Just a suggestion, the lights in the bathroom can be made brighter and if there are crowded visitors, please reprimand them because they disturb other residents. The rest is all good.

We booked a family room, spacious, comfortable, clean sheets. Minus: no tissue provided. Overall it's okay, but please improve the cleanliness, there are food wrappers from previous customers in the drawer but they weren't cleaned, the window frames also need to be cleaned. The staff are very good, we asked for extra pillows, they were delivered to the room quickly. Parking is limited but the security guard is very helpful. The breakfast menu is delicious, there are many choices of side dishes, there are shrimp. Next trip will come back again hopefully everything has been improved again.

Strategic hotel location, good service and friendly staff

The check-in process took a long time, waiting for more than 45 minutes, if not a little bit of grumbling the room was not yet cleaned even though we arrived past the check-in time of 2 pm, but the room was still not clean, there was still a KitKat wrapper from the previous guest on the floor, the shower hanger was broken, very disappointed staying here...

Got a deluxe room,,, for the room the AC is very cold,,clean,,,but there is no tissue, no electric heater,,,close to Alun-alun Batu,,lippo plaza,,, for breakfast it feels quite good...

The hotel staff is friendly and gives good directions. It happened to be here on a weekday so it was quiet. It is also close to Alun Batu. I recommend it if you want to stay with a partner or family, there is a swimming pool too.

enter the alley but only a little bit, the security guard is very helpful in arranging the parking, we just hand over the key, the price is around 300 in high season, the hotel is good, on the rooftop you can see the city view, minus there are no hotel slippers only.. the pool is clean, I recommend it
