It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. Will come here again next time.

The downside is that there is no special staff to greet you, so you may be confused about having to use your own trolley when unloading your belongings.

The room and bathroom are clean, comfortable, the breakfast food is delicious. The staff is friendly.

staying here is quite comfortable..the room is clean and the room is quite spacious. this hotel is also kids friendly because there is a children's playground. the overall atmosphere is quite comfortable. it's a shame the parking lot is small.. For the food, the variety is quite good but for me who brings small children it is not suitable because the porridge has no taste at all and even though it uses soy sauce, it still doesn't taste good so maybe next time I will stay here again without breakfast. Thank you

Hotel with strategic location, close to the city center, shopping, culinary, has complete facilities, comfortable, clean rooms, breakfast with a varied menu and delicious taste and very good service from the hotel staff. I also got a free room upgrade to the suite type. Thank you Horison Tasikmalaya, next time I will definitely stay again if I visit Tasikmalaya.

The staff is quite friendly and the service is good, but the WiFi is unstable and intermittent.

It feels not so good, staying here is better without breakfast or breaking the fast dishes. The room is very comfortable, I happened to try the junior suite.
