A pleasant stay in Bandung. Spacious rooms, child-friendly area, and delicious food menu.

Very pleasant, strategic location, there is a swimming pool. Breakfast is varied. Spacious room.

Location in the city center. Spacious room, varied breakfast, very pleasant.

Dirty corridor carpets, bad room drainage, crowded breakfast mixed with children's play area.

Some suggestions: there is peeling wall paint near the outdoor AC and the sound from the next room can be heard from the rest room. Otherwise Excellent. + There is also a mosque in the hotel so you can perform obligatory prayers in congregation. The restaurant food is really delicious. There is a waterboom facility. Just forgot to ask the receptionist for the type of toilet, is there one with a jet splash or an automatic spray model. If there is a long weekend, I think I will come back here when I visit Bandung.

We booking 2 room & get room 304&306.This is third times we're staying in this Hotel...Please improve the cleanliness the room especially for room 304 due to AC leaking. Breakfast menu variatif & delicious. Recommended hotel for Family staycation👍👍🙏

Overall okay, everything ordered is as requested. The staff is friendly, the room is also nice, clean and complete.

Strategic location, spacious, comfortable rooms, complete facilities, there is a waterboom that can be used by children. A comfortable hotel for a staycation in the city of Bandung. Only the check-in time is not flexible enough, because I just came from out of town, I arrived at the hotel too early, so I waited quite a long time in the hotel lobby, the same as other visitors who came one by one.

The hotel is nice, comfortable too. But the breakfast is lacking, because there are too many people so they don't get any side dishes. 😭 Luckily you can still choose other menus even though you have to queue first to get some. 🤭

Because it was a long weekend, the check-in queue was long, but the staff was responsive, and provided a delicious and refreshing welcome drink, large room, good AC, good wifi, basically satisfying. Next time I go to Bandung, I will definitely stay again. Keep improving, okay?

My children (6, 3, 1) are happy to stay at this hotel because there is a large swimming pool and children's toys, the rooms are not soundproof, such as the sound of the outdoor air conditioner and the sound of passing vehicle exhausts, which can be heard loudly at night, making the children uncomfortable with this.

Keep it up. The breakfast is delicious. The pool is also nice. The hotel atmosphere is close to everywhere. Easy access. Spacious rooms.

Check in no towels and bath mat. Towels were sent after requested, mats were not sent until check out either.
