It was very disappointing when we finished checking in and went to the room, opened the door and was greeted by a musty smell. The pillows also smelled musty. One of the bath towels provided smelled of Molto while the other one didn't. The shampoo was very runny, it seemed like it was mixed with water. The clothes hanger was moldy. It looked like the room we were staying in had not been occupied for a long time.

Hotel position is very close to kidzania, perfect for parents that accompany their childern and for staying place. Breakfast menu may vary but don't expect to much variation but just okay. Special fruit rambuatan ia available, not all place has. One thing need to be concerned was the parking place and entry, just to thigh.

The hotel staff from the lobby were very friendly, immediately offered a welcome drink, offered to carry luggage, invited to sit down, could be helped to check in early, the bathroom was clean, hot water came out quickly, it was just a bit difficult to enter the parking card because the road was uphill & the space was small.
