The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is very satisfying

The room is comfortable, breakfast is also delicious, only the wifi is a bit slow, otherwise it's really good.

The check-in process was very easy and didn't take long, the staff were friendly, the room was clean.

The most worthwhile hotel while in BPN, spacious room. I managed to get room 111 but the AC was noisy & dripping, then asked to move & got a decent room. Please, the management should pay attention again to the suitability of the room. Don't give it to customers if there is a problem with the room, thank you.

The room is spacious compared to hotels with similar prices. Will come here again next time I go to Balikpapan.

The hotel staff is very friendly, I like it, the food is quite delicious, the dining area is nice, the room is spacious... it's just that in the family room there is no refrigerator so I have to go up and down to put breast milk in the restaurant on the 1st floor, while I'm staying on the 6th floor

the check in process is quite long, almost 40 minutes waiting for cleaning. luckily there is a welcome drink and cassava chips. before checking in, it's better to call first to make sure the room is ready or not. Family room 3 beds are really good, big and spacious, complete with safety box, small refrigerator, only the lights are a bit dim and a bit dark. the sheets and pillow cases may be time for rejuvenation. I like the bathroom the most, the lights are bright, the glass is large, the toilet, the washbasin and the floor are clean, the shower water is strong, there is also a hair dryer. there are 3 towels; one is white, the other two are a bit dull in color. moving on to the food. there are quite a lot of variations and in my opinion everything available is delicious. the chef is the champion. because I tried all of them lol because there are many reviews that say they are delicious. I'm curious if it's true and none of them are bad..keep it up, chef. like staying here even though the room is a bit dark. but all the employees are friendly and helpful. including the car being helped to park and being helped to get it from the lobby when checking out. Clean hotel, strategic location, maybe just the parking lot is not big enough, but the staff are quite responsive in helping to park vehicles.

Have stayed here several times, no problems. It was only yesterday that was a bit problematic. The first room I was given had a very narrow bathroom, the distance between the door and the sink was as thin as paper 😂 then what made me laugh was the toilet seat was very yellow and crusty, so I asked to change rooms. The second room I was given was okay, the toilet seat was also yellow and crusty but it was still better than the first one, but the AC wasn't cold. so I asked to move rooms again. Then I was given a free upgrade to a deluxe room, this was okay, no complaints. Thank you for providing good service 🙏

The staff is super duper friendly, especially the Manager. Always ready to help, all the food is delicious, there are many variations too. Fruits are delivered to the room, welcome drinks. We asked for two adjacent rooms and they were immediately provided. The room is clean, cozy, all the equipment is complete and functioning well. NEOplus Balikpapan is extraordinary. If I come to Balikpapan again, I will definitely stay here again 👍👍👍
