I always book Tropics Eight Suite whenever I go to Penang. Very spacious especially when staying there with families. But too bad, their standard suite is no more. That suite holds many memories for me... Please, Tropics Eight, make Standard Suite available again!

The room is very spacious and comfortable to stay in after treatment.

I am very satisfied with this hotel because all the facilities are complete and there is a balcony so I don't get tired of going up and down the elevator to smoke.

near Adventist Hospital, but for wheelchair, need to go to basement, because there is no trem at hotel entrance. I give a three star because, it is my second time here, different room same problem, hand showe always leaking. They immidietly fix it, but come on, why not check on it before the guest enter.

The location is very strategic, it's near hospital, hawker center, several minimarkets, and restaurants. The room is spacious, we can ask them to clean our room everyday. The staffs are pretty friendly.

Breakfast menu was way below standard, I am so sorry to be honest that some of action require to your breakfast. Yougurt spoil (directly return to staff incharge) bread and pastry awful, I just eat fried rice and order omelette. Slice fruit only 5 pieces watermelon and 3 peace melon, really sad, only take 1 time breakfast during my 3 nights stay.

Nice place, spacious room, enjoyable, only the lighting in the bathroom is a bit dim.

If you want to stay overnight, just go to Tropics Eight Suites, it's great😃

A hotel suitable for families and easy access

The sound from the next room was very audible, people talking, closing doors, moving tables. It was very noisy.

The room is very spacious, if you want to bring a large family, just add an extra bed. Friendly staff, complete kitchen facilities

The room is very spacious and clean, cleaned every day and the towels are always changed. Very suitable for those who bring children like me (Family trip). There is a free laundry room so mommy can be at one place. Taking Grab is easy and fast to go anywhere.

Overall the hotel is clean, nice location, staff so friendly, just one problem, which is my room, theres an disctincable smell that its really bothers me and my family when staying there.

I were already requested to have a room at high floor but they didn't put attention to that note. Give me room to the second floor. Can't sleep at night because of the noise from the street
