The hotel staff is very unfriendly, the check-in time is not according to the hotel rules, the staff are arbitrary when speaking, they are not polite, the hospitality is lacking, I also brought distant relatives, I also ordered quite a lot of rooms but the service is very unfriendly

The staff so friendly, especially Yasin from FO and the pregnant woman in 209 dining. They were amazing, so helpful and kind. The food taste was 10/10. Spacious and clean room.

spacious and comfortable room, breakfast was bland although quite variative, service was good, although i think that the clothing iron should be provided in rooms (had to request them to be brought in the room and they limit the usage time to one hour but they never took the clothing iron away after 1h, might as well put them in rooms?)
