The first time I tried staying at Samara, the atmosphere was really good. The staff were also very friendly. But it's a shame that the wifi is not worth it at all. Even though I think there is a router in each room. But why can't I really use the wifi in the room? I booked 2 rooms, and the first room was the same. The wifi is terrible. It's a shame that the hotel is nice but the wifi is like that. Please improve it so that visitors are also comfortable

Really recommend staying here. The staff is very friendly. I stayed with a family premiere type. The room is spacious, fragrant, clean and the view in front of the balcony fits the mountain view. The food has a lot of variations and is delicious. Next time I go to Batu again, I will definitely stay here 🫰🥰
