Friendly staff, delicious food

Perfect for a family vacation, close to Malioboro, this hotel is quiet, clean, soundproof, has friendly service, and is budget-friendly. Recommended for two or a group. I happened to book seven rooms, and parking is available.

The staff service is friendly, the breakfast variety is very limited, the distance to Malioboro is only 50 meters, the room is spacious, the minus is that the corridor light right in front of the room door is off (room 411) so it's dark, there are only two bedside lamps in the room, so the room is dim.

A very strategic hotel. It's close to Tugu Monument and Malioboro Street, only a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, priced around 700,000 Rupiah with tax. Spacious rooms with bathtubs and showers.

The location is not really strategic, it's a bit far from Malioboro, I ordered here because I was attracted by the reviews which said the menu was very varied, but after I got there I found out that the food was limited and a lot of it was already finished and not refilled even though there were guests who hadn't eaten. I just took the food but there were traces of electricity as if it hadn't been washed. The bathroom water was a bit blocked so I had to shower with stagnant water. The hotel lacked lighting

The service from check-in to check-out was excellent, friendly, and accommodating. Access to shopping centers is relatively close, and traffic is easy. The breakfast food was delicious and would be better with more variety.

The hotel is very close to Yogyakarta station, only a 7-minute walk away. The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, there is a refrigerator, the Wi-Fi is good for Zoom, and if you want to go to Malioboro, it's also close by walking distance. My 3-day, 2-night stay was very comfortable.

The hotel staff is very friendly, allowing me to leave my bag and use the toilet. The only thing missing is that there is no swimming pool. The location is close to Malioboro, it's also nice to jog in the morning from the hotel to Malioboro. The view above is also good for relaxing for a while after a morning jog.

I didn’t see this hotel around before though I have stayed in the other hotels in the area. So far so good, a spacious room, good food (love the jamur crispy), very friendly staff ( we had a night train and it was rainy day, the receptionist let us us the toilet and stayed in the lobby and bapak security helped us to take becak around. Thank you so much! Would love to come back stay there again!

Close to Malioboro and easy to find food, lots of food in front of the hotel near Tugu Yogyakarta station....

The security was unfriendly no greeting no smile, the bedsheet was stained, and I found few bed bugs, toilet floor was yellowing need to do major renovation

All the hotel staff I encountered during my two-day stay at Grand Puri Saron were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The car park is a bit small, but that's not a problem. Security is on standby to help with parking arrangements when the parking lot is full. Overall, my stay was a good experience, and it was worth the price.
