The hotel is close to the city center, but unfortunately the parking is quite limited, fortunately there is valet available at the hotel.

The hotel is nice, the room is unique because the bathroom shape is not like most hotels. Close to many places to eat.

It was so much fun, the staff was so helpful from requesting decorations, greetings for children's birthdays, etc., thank you de Paviljoen, hopefully we can go there again and there will be a process of updating the room, for the most standard room it's really good, hopefully it will be easier to repair some parts that are outdated and need to be updated (for example, bathroom marble, bathroom corners, and tissue holders) hehe thanks

During my vacation, my family and I stayed at this hotel. Firstly, the staff were very friendly, the facilities were complete as befits a four-star hotel, the atmosphere was classic and calming. It's just that firstly, the food was quite tasty but lacked variety. Secondly, the soundproofing between rooms seemed to be lacking, so the noise from the next room was quite disturbing.

It was a good place to stay. But I think the staff should check the refrigerator when cleaning the room. Because I found food in the refrigerator. Maybe it was owned by the guest before me. And please clean the bed properly, because I found a pencil under the blanket.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, close to culinary places, the staff is friendly, but there are some things that are not comfortable, the room is still a bit dusty and the refrigerator is leaking because it turns out there is a large frost flower. It should have been checked first before being given to the guest, so it is uncomfortable because the staff has to go back and forth to replace the refrigerator and the swimming pool is cold, even though hotels usually use warm water now.

The intention of staying here is to swim for the kids. It turns out that the swimming pool is cold water.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, complete facilities, swimming pool with view of Bandung city, in front of the hotel there are many cafes and restaurants.

The hotel from the outside looks like an old building. But when you go inside it's cool. Good facilities. Breakfast is delicious, many variants, my room is comfortable and nice, of course the staff here are friendly and the service is top. Recommend to come again. Thank you De Pavilijoen.

The hotel is noisy. All activities in the hotel can be heard. Children playing in the pool can be heard clearly. The screaming in the next room can also be heard. Even a motorbike speeding can be heard even though I am on the 8th floor.

This is my third time staying here, the cleanliness is still the same.. the towels are not shabby, the bathroom is still nice and clean.. the hot water in the shower is also stable (most important) only the lighting in the room is a bit dim.. overall it's okay to stay here.. the culinary around the hotel is also delicious, no regrets at all👍👍

Weekend with husband (Sat, Sun, Monday). Easy check in & check out, hours before 14 we were ready at 13 and allowed to enter with a room request that they fulfilled. Friendly crew, comfort and all facilities are okay!! Good luck and happiness to all crew at Paviljoen Bdg, God bless 🙏

the staff is friendly, fast moving, very helpful. basically the staff is really good. the location is also really good! on the left there is an Indomart, if you go in the morning and walk around, you will definitely find restaurants and cafes. very crowded! for solo travelers like me, don't be afraid of having trouble finding food. the pool is also big and clean. but it really looks like an old hotel. the rooms and the swimming pool need some renovations.. the pool area also has a lot of broken wooden floors. So hopefully it can be renovated soon. So that it will be more comfortable to stay there.

All is OK and good. Only check out time is too rigid, request for additional 30 minutes extra check out for Friday prayer is not allowed. Flexibility check out is preferable, for better service in the future, thank you.

Great location, staff is very friendly. Brought a baby and got the good spot to spend breakfast time at a convenient spot.

I'm satisfied with this hotel, the parking service is good, and the swimming pool is spacious and comfortable, so it's not too hot when swimming during the day.
