the BEST hotel you could stay in Bandung, the view, food and room is AMAZING. there's so many activities you can do, i personally think one day is not enough to really enjoy every thing that the hotel has to offer. LOVE the service, every staffs is super helpful and friendly. thankyou to ziko (the receptionist) who helped us check in, the yoga instructor who is very helpful and kind. i just love everything about this hotel, keep up the good work Padma! cant wait to come back one day and enjoy longer stay with you guys!

all the hotel staff are very friendly, the warm water swimming pool is the best, you can swim until night with your family, the restaurant is the best with a variety of food, there is traditional food, also western, Asian cuisine is also available. I have stayed at Padma Hotel Bandung twice. If I have the fortune, I want to stay again with my mother and family. Padma Hotel Bandung is awesome.

always fun every time I have the chance to go to Bandung, taking the time to stay at the Padma Hotel. Afternoon tea & breakfast make me miss it 😍😍 comfortable room, comfortable view & air. friendly & helpful staff, but honestly much friendlier & felt sincere service before the covid era 😁 hopefully the friendliness of the staff's service can be from the heart, not just because of the SOP 😁 there are already many restaurants & cafes that have opened near the hotel, so it's very comfortable

Very satisfied, the children were really happy and didn't want to go home. The children commented that all the staff were friendly and their faces were full of smiles 😁 different from other 5-star hotels, including the children who were very comfortable with sis Tiffany in the Wolly Kids Club area, thank you very much sis Tiffany, the children were happy and will not forget, it seems like it will be discussed continuously 😅
