I booked a room near the airport because I was arriving late at night from Beijing. However, when I arrived at 2:00 AM, I was unexpectedly transferred to a different hotel without any prior notification by email or message.
When I checked in, the room conditions were unacceptable:
1. The room was dirty – the floor was unclean, the furniture had dust, and there was an unpleasant damp smell.
2. The bedding was dirty and stained, and the overall quality was very poor.
3. The bathroom water was dirty, with a yellowish color, which was extremely concerning and unhygienic.
This experience was far below expectations and caused me significant discomfort after a long international flight.
I request that you review this issue and provide an appropriate explanation and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
