Very friendly receptionist when checking in/checking out, security is also very friendly, the restaurant where breakfast is good and the staff is friendly, there are many choices of food. the other staff are also very friendly when passing by on the way to the room, basically top, steady and impressive. next time here again. for those of you who want to go to Jambi city, either for business or holiday, it's nice to stay here...

I booked via traveloka and asked for a non smoking room yet they gave me a smoking one. Such a bad service, not sure whether the travelola apps did not work or the hotel just didnot care. Oh the front office who helped was Ms. Melda, and no, she did not give any solution 🤔

The bed sheets and pillows smell like they were used by smokers (the laundry is not clean enough)

I stay at Luminor Hotel, Jambi for business trip. Room is quite basic and simple. Bathroom of the hotel is quite clean, even the hotel room is. The hotel also serves breakfast, quite a good, extra touch to the hotel, Wifi is fine

I booked 2 rooms, relatively good and comfortable.., only the hot water in the KM felt lacking.., it was not even felt, besides that the AC in room 523 dripped water which made the room muddy

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room for our first night has some mold, which I couldn't stand because of allergy. I requested for change of room the next day, which was accepted straightaway. The staff took us to viewed the next room first before moving. Very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There are quite some selection. The best are the local dishes.
