Bad all from service comfort cleanliness

The staff is friendly, it's just that the TV is dead and can't be turned on, the water tap in the toilet is leaking and the phone is also dead so you have to go down if you need anything and there is no elevator so it's not pregnant woman friendly. They don't give you a toothbrush and other things and the room doesn't smell good. The AC is not cold enough.

1. The bathroom smells bad. 2. Staff just sneak into the room to clean when they leave without confirming first!

Breakfast has no variety, monotonous with almost the same menu with slight differences in food preparation. The towels are not good, the smell of dampness on the towels.

Bagus dan nyaman, kalo ke bengkulu selalu nginap disini. Ruangan bersih namun sangat disayangkan kemarin pesan kamar non smoking dikasihnya kamar smoking. Tutup tempat sampah jorok bekas abu rokok sundutan. Overall good. Worth as price.

Nyaman, bersih, tapi sayang acnya kurang dingin gatau emang kaya gitu atau setelannya.
