Dirty bedroom and bathroom, receptionist is not ready, not worthy

The staff are friendly, but the wifi is slow :') the location is a 15 minute walk to the Rasuna said bus stop, so far it's okay.

Sanur Elok Residence which is not as beautiful as its name. Some videos that I want to tell can not be uploaded, the first and last story to stay here. First, it says 24-hour check-in, I checked in at 10 pm and there was no front desk, the person who received me was a woman wearing a t-shirt and shorts and looked like she had just woken up. Second, when I opened the door to the room, there was an unpleasant smell, there were no hotel slippers and the cupboard was very dusty. Third, the floor near the bottom right of the mattress was lifted. Fourth and the most terrible in my opinion, the electricity went out okay at 12 o'clock according to the SOP, but how come the water was also turned off? I wanted to take a shower at 5.30 am there was no water, I walked to Indofebruary near the hotel to buy water as a cleaning tool for my toilet. Please improve the management of the Sanur Elok Hotel for its service system and be quick to respond to guest responses, water, you know, this is how come I planned to stay close to my workplace but didn't take a shower. Thank you, always be successful.

It was a very pleasant stay and the staff is very friendly, too.

If you are looking for a short or long-term stay, I recommend choosing Sanur Elok Residence. The room and facilities are clean. The place is located in Kuningan-Sudirman area (middle of Jakarta), so everything is nearby by public/online transportation.

Sangat nyaman, tenang dan mudah mencari makanan dan pergi ke mall terdekat cukup jalan kaki 7 menit saja.

Feels like a hidden gem for a fact this is the best budget hotel among those expensive ones, so close to the city centre. Rooms are clean with modern interior design, and in a quiet environment. It is nice to stay either for your business or short holiday experience with the close proximity to the offices and malls.

The air conditioner is not cold enough, for the location close to everywhere.

Daily and monthly stays.* For monthly stays, water heaters, mineral water, tea & coffee are not provided. The parking area is quite large.*Friendly & informative staff.*Requires a cash deposit of 200,000 for daily stay.

Entering the room, you immediately exhale an aroma that is a little unpleasant to your nose. Next, before the guests arrive, maybe you can spray it with fragrance. Thanks.

Dari awal ngga ada bilang kalau nambah orang itu kena charge, cuman di bilang nambah orang nambah deposit 100k per 1 orang. Tapi taunya setelah check out depositnya di ambil. Jadinya 400k kena, mana ngga ada tambahan extra bed, katanya ngga menyediakan. Kali terakhir sih nginap di sini, yang jaga juga ngga rapi penampilannya kaosan doang sama rambutnya juga berantakan. Padahal ini pesan buat tamu saya, jadi malu dengan mereka. Tidak recommended guys.

Requested a room on the top floor with a city view but was given the 1st floor, the room tiles were slightly raised so it made a sound when you pressed it. This is the 3rd time staying in Sanur but this 3rd time was a bit lacking because it didn't match the request.

The ac out door is noisy, in room A103 it feels like you are listening to the sound of a generator and it is really annoying.

Tempat parkir luas, ada terasnya bisa keluar ganti udara (ga di kamar terus), lokasi dekat banget sama mall dan Indomaret. Tempatnya lumayan privacy, dan rapi. Bintang 4 subjektif karena suasana kamarnya masih kuno tampilannya menurut saya tapi fungsi kamarnya si ada oke semua ga ada masalah dari AC, TV wc oke.
