We checked in at midnight, but the reception staff served us well. The room was clean, the layout and design of the room were nice, the breakfast was also okay, the swimming pool was clean and the chlorine was not too strong. Very suitable for slow living. But unfortunately for the valley villa it is not very private because the outdoor area is visible from other accommodations across the cliff.

Really like it 😍 the service is really top. Gojek orders and other things can be delivered to the room. If you need anything, just WA and you'll be very quick. The interior and exterior design is super cool. I really like it. You can also request late check out. Anyway, the service is number 1 👏🏻 will definitely come back again. One day here is not enough.

If you're with little kids, this is a perfect place for your vacation. Everything was designed to be safe for kids, including where they put the electrical sockets. They set up a tent full of toys too, even tho most of them are not working. Our kids loved this place! They also have an impressive service; They bring your food in if you order online, and deliver coffee to your room. We also left some things after check out and they kept them for us. However, the smell of smoke from mosquito repellent they put inside the room every day, was bothering us. We also had a problem with the wooden patio on the back porch, which was broken and almost hurt my husband - since then we're very concerned to let the kids out to the tent or pool. We recommend you have your own vehicle if you want to stay in this villa. It's somehow within walking distance from the centre, but not if you're with the kids, and they don't provide a free shuttle. Having your own vehicle also help you to go around for breakfast or dinner, since they also don't provide a restaurant and breakfast for guests. Basically, it's a nice place to stay, but you need to do most of the things by yourself.

The place is good in the middle of ubud, access to restaurants and minimarkets close by. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I give 5 stars just out of respect for the staff who are very friendly and responsive. If the service was bad I would probably give 3 stars. The rooms are very nice but there are a few things to consider. 1. The full body glass in villa 4 has a defect stain. 2. There is only 1 trash can in the toilet. 3. For local people staying here, there is no washer in the toilet closet to rinse. So there is only a toilet and the cubicle is separate from the shower, btw I forgot to take a photo. 4. For breakfast, I think the breakfast is normal with the price of the room I rented. I can get a big breakfast in the villa next door for the same room price.

Clean and peaceful place for stay with your couple and nice place for honeymoon too. The receptionist very kind and fast respon for our complaint.

Very disappointed, want to have breakfast to make warm water but when I open the kettle the water heater smells very bad there are former egg noodles, then in the toilet in the closet there are lots of worms. Please the staff pay more attention to cleanliness.

Staying at Origin Ubud was very pleasant, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and super comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet too. Room facilities are quite complete, it's just that in the room there are no tissues and trash cans provided.

Bad experience. We booked for two nights already and directly deciding to move when we first came to the room. The room and bathroom were very dirty, small parking space, and when we ask for the refund, the management was uncontactable. Very unpleasant experience

Modern villa design with good architectural details and good maintenance of the building. Quiet atmosphere not far from the Ubud market can get free bicycle loans and free shuttle shuttle to downtown. Villa is highly recommended it's not enough day to enjoy this villa.

Great service at all, have a good view and ambience, the food so yummy. But, AC inside the room not so cool, maybe because room inside big enough. Overall i love origin ubud, and origin serve great services ♥️

Perfectly private and cozy private pool villas at the secluded and quiet Petulu area that's surprisingly very close to the city centre. The hammocks overlooking the private pool is so comfortable. The dining area is separated in another section of the villa that you can use as another sleeping or common space. The sliding glass doors opens wide for a great view in the morning from the bed. The staff is friendly and the food is quite good. The bed is also really very comfortable - best night's sleep. The bathroom is large. Surprisingly the quality of room service was pretty good for drinks, Balinese and western dishes.
