The hotel staff is friendly and the location is very strategic.

Recommended accommodation for a pocket-friendly budget. A regular every time I visit Manado.

The towels need to be replaced, they are thin and ugly.. Different from other hotels.. There is only 1 towel provided in the room.. There is no doormat or cloth in the bathroom either..

The place is comfortable, clean, the staff is also friendly.

I extended my stay to 2 days. After checking in, there were no towels in the room; I had to get them from the lobby. Even though I extended my stay and asked for the room to be cleaned, I still asked for towels from the lobby, and the mineral water in the room wasn't refilled.

The hotel staff and reception were very friendly. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The bed was quite comfortable, with a standard blanket, and the pillows smelled of sweat. The bathroom had excellent water, but cleanliness was lacking, as we found numerous water worms/larvae climbing up our feet during bowel movements. We would like to ask management to clean the bathroom drains. Thank you.

For those looking for a cheap price and close to the city, this is highly recommended. But for those looking for something comfortable and good, I think you should think about it first. But for that price in the middle of the city, it's worth it and don't expect more hehe
