The taste of the breakfast food could be improved. The variety of food could also be increased. Otherwise, the hotel room was okay.

Gethia DM, Agri DM, Noviani FO. They are trully asset for your hotel. Great service and great suite room. Cleanliness by housekeeping also top notch. The evening cocktail at Executive Lounge could be improved in term of service and taste. The Voyage Restaurant breakfast also could be improved in term of service and taste. Especially the dimsum taste, table clear ups, drink offerings. But overall stay experience was amazing. For sure will come back again to Vertu in the future.

Phenomenal experience staying in Vertu Harmoni Jakarta ;) Firstly, the location is accessible and central, with plentiful eateries and shops near to the hotel. The staff is also excellent, efficient, and welcoming with a great smile 😊 I also want to commend receptionist Melenia for her exceptional service in making sure I have the best experience while staying in Vertu Harmoni. Overall, this has been nothing but an amazing stay, highly recommended hotel in Jakarta and I will definitely stay here again next time! Bagus banget👍
