Very bad, arrived at 6pm and was told to wait 30 minutes to check in because the previous guest had not left yet, there was no water in the room, the fridge did not work, the hot water was not hot. The room was cramped and old, please do not choose this hotel!

I booked 2 nights on October 6 and 7 at this hotel. At 00:00 on October 7, I came to check in and was told that there were no rooms available. They asked to transfer me to the branch on De Tham Street. I refused to transfer, and they told me to cancel the booking myself. I asked for a refund because the hotel had no rooms so they would not refund. After a while, they said they had a large room for me to stay in. Then they took me to room 203. As soon as I opened the door, there was a nest of cockroaches on the bed (small cockroaches). Then they moved me to room 501 for 1 night. At 4:00 p.m., they forced me to change to a small room. They had a competitive attitude towards customers. When the hotel made a mistake, they pushed the responsibility away, saying it was the apps fault for knowing that the hotel had no rooms but not turning it off. Checking in with me at that time, there was a female friend who also had the same problem, booked a room in advance, when they arrived, they said there were no rooms available and asked to transfer people to the De Tham branch. This hotel played a trick on me when I booked the Q5 branch, when they arrived, they pushed everyone to De Tham (probably De Tham was unsold). Overall, it's very bad, you shouldn't book a room here.

The guest has not arrived to check in yet but there is no response to the guest or travel. The receptionist gives the guest vague and inaccurate information (after confirming with travel). The information provided on travel is incorrect: for example, there is no hair dryer or free drinking water as advertised.

The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, but the hotel does not provide eating utensils and the facial cleanser smells bad.

Dù đến check in trễ nhưng phải ngồi đợi gần 1 tiếng mới có phòng với lý do là phòng đang sửa chữa. Phòng có mùi ẩm mốc, không gian phòng ngủ nhỏ. Nhân viên cũng thân thiện, vui vẻ.

Ở 2 ngày đến dọn phòng cx không có , thiếu nhiều thứ cơ bản như máy sấy , lược ,…

Phòng ốc cũ kỹ, máy lạnh chạy như máy cày, vòi sen đóng bợn rất gớm, nền nhà tróc đen thui. Nói chung là không xứng đáng với giá tiền bỏ ra.

One of the employees at the hotel tried to sneak into our room in the middle of the night using the spare keys. We told the manager but he responded that he was trying to clean the room. Who would clean the room in the middle of the night? I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Very bad business.
