Short stay with bad experience. High deposit. Initially given a room that was not finished being cleaned, complained, then given a replacement room that also seemed to have just been cleaned, no towels & amenities available yet when we came. The bed makes a sound.

Everything is okay. Except for the towel, it seems like it's time to replace it with a new one. Thanks

The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is very good. The room is clean as well as the bathroom. The food is varied and delicious.

The food is not tasty and a lot of the rice is hard.

Clean hotel, from security, all officers are friendly and smiling. Central location, and on Sundays you can join carfreeday. There is a gym too.

The room is quite spacious and clean, mineral water is paid for, the air conditioner is not cold but has been repaired, the bed sheets & pillowcases are a bit musty, they asked to be replaced but they were not replaced. Food is sufficient.

Unfortunately there are no windows in the room. The bathroom is very spacious.

Staf ramah dan proses check in cepat. Saya mendapat kamar no 239 kamar yang sesuai yang saya minta waktu pemesanan. Kamar bersih dan rapi. Untuk air minum di kamar saran saya sebaiknya diganti dengan air mineral kemasan 600ml agar lebih higienis dan bersih dikarenakan teko air minumnya bagian ujungnya seperti ada debu atau noda yang menempel.

Mantap kamarnya bersih, pelayanannya bagus, sesuailah harga itu kualitas.

Menu sarapan kurang bervariasi.
