Got a recommendation from family. They said it was clean. But upon check-in, the lobby smelled strongly of cigarettes. Since we booked a non-smoking room, we were upgraded to a deluxe room, but it turned out to be dirty and dusty. The sheets were dirty. The curtains and windows were dusty. When we checked in, we left our suitcases in the room, but when we arrived, the door was open.

The hotel staff is nice and friendly, and everyone is helpful. Location is close to the Surabaya Satellite Toll Road. There are also plenty of food options nearby. The room was quite comfortable, but there were several baby cockroaches in room 119, maybe 5-8. I'd suggest paying more attention, especially spraying before check-in. Overall, it's good, 8.5 out of 10.

The room was full of small cockroaches. I just checked in and left within an hour. Please, the hotel could clean it up. I was planning to stay there for a week because the house was having its gutter repaired. But it turned out to be a dud. The security was also unresponsive. For that price, with such poor room facilities, it's too expensive.
