Overall the room is comfortable and nice. Just a suggestion to provide a towel drying rack. When I asked for the room to be cleaned in the morning, but when we returned to the villa in the afternoon it turned out that the villa had not been cleaned at all.

I will be back for sure. Definitely very comfortable to staying in this Villas

Villa S18 staff are very helpful, good explanation and friendly. Hopefully it will continue to be a favorite Villa choice in Bali.

The front office staff need to learn and understanding more about "hospitality", they don't have standard and can be different from each guest, low initiative, need to train them, beside that all perfect

Very good villa in the city center. Even though located near busy area but they give homey and relaxed vibes to their guest.

Because the concept is a villa so it is more private and quiet to stay at this place. However, there were a few technical problems when I just stayed, such as the TV in the living room could not be turned on, but this accommodation staff immediately resolved it.

I really enjoyed staying at this Villa. Very clean, modern, and the location is near the food and souvenir center. If I go to Bali again I will stay here again. Very comfortable.

Stayed for 2 nights which was less than pleasant. Tried villa S18 after seeing the rating in the app and stars *. The nice thing: Great location, easy access, lots of nearby restaurants, good and friendly service (when there are problems, they are immediately followed up) but there is no standby reception in front. Things that need to be improved: The front desk is empty (sharing with the hotel bloo in front of it) so when you come you need to wait, when you call you also need to respond repeatedly, the villa is dirty with lizard droppings found on the sofa and bathtub when we just arrived, used The previous occupant's bottle was found in the corner, the curtains were stained, the glass door was dirty, the pool water was a bit cloudy, the bathroom wasn't very clean, the bathtub lid was broken so it was manual, the floor was slippery after being exposed to water, there was no clothesline outside so it was difficult to dry the bathing suits , and a few other things. We ask that the villa manager pays more attention to the cleanliness of the villa considering the star label and also the pricey price.

Not clean, especially for the toilet, the floor is very slippery, lots of ants everywhere, the carpet in the room is dusty and has a lot of hair, the windows are dirty, everything looks like it's never been wiped.

Hotel facilities are not complete, the response of workers is also slow. Asked for a birthday set up in advance, it turned out that it was not set up, the bath soap ran out from the first time I arrived until I called 3 times and it was delivered tomorrow morning. Cooking utensils are not available, you have to request them to be delivered for a long time. There are no standard plates and teaspoons.
