Good location, walking distance to BCCK, but no nearby shops or attractions. We totally depend on ehailing for transport to go to city centre and certain hours a bit difficult to get the ehailing. Otherwise nice hotel with great river view during morning breakfast.

Near to Back and not far from the city centre and airport.

Overall the room is quite good, spacious, complete facilities, although the distance from the city center is quite far and at night it is very quiet and dark on the way to and from the hotel. For cleanliness, there is a lot of dust in some areas.

Everything is okay, big room, lots of pillows, can vary the menu and location of breakfast especially if there is a program at the hotel

Beautiful ucsi hotel can view the river. Great superior king bed room. Relax. Large room suitable for our mini family of 2 adults + 2 small children. Worth the price. I got the price of rm265/night booking on traveloka. Includes bocer 1 person breakfast and topup rm26.50/ person breakfast. Slaves under 12 years old free breakfast. The pool can bathe up to 7 nights. It's just that the pool doesn't have a pool for boys. Children can bathe under the supervision of parents.

The television only display channel 1,2,3 only. There is a problem with the internet./server. I hope that issue could be solve for better service. Other things are good.

Main reason I choose to stay at UCSI hotel is to escape from bustling city noises. It is located ~10km from city centre, good river view, nice infinity pool & gym which definitely help to de-stress & immerse yourself closer to nature. Booked a deluxe king room, so spacious in term of room. Everything is just perfect until the day I checkout, out of curiosity I open up the mini fridge in the room, and noticed some leftover drinks from previous guest. Well, it freaked me off a bit but thankfully I was leaving already that time. P/S: I didn’t book the room that come with breakfast due to negative comments about their breakfast menu
