Always a pleasure to stay here, this is my second time. Overall, it's satisfactory.

The Villa's message, the table and bed are still dusty. To improve cleanliness

The hotel receptionist was unfriendly and didn't care.

I stayed for a night. The friendliness of the staff was good. I felt welcomed. The room is spacious and clean. Though it felt like that the room had been cleaned quite long before my stay. However, I still felt comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Clean rooms. Complete comfort. It's really nice to stay here. The swimming pool is also clean.

Stay at villa no. 06 but really disappointed, really dirty, not very well maintained. There is a strange incident where the missing bucket suddenly appears again.

At the beginning of check-in we were given a room with a broken air conditioner, we had been tired all day, really hoped that the junior high school hotel could rest comfortably, after complaining. Changing rooms (bother). We can rest (it turns out there are still rooms with normal ac), why not from the start. 😭.

The shower was only cold water, the towels were very dirty as if they had been used, the drain was clogged so there were lots of puddles until my two children all fell when they entered the bathroom, the swimming pool had not been cleaned. 3x to this hotel always disappointed. Kapok.

Suasana nyaman, asri, namun sarapan perlu ditingkatkan lagi kelengkapannya. Menunya sederhana dan enak. Namun tidak banyak sehingga tamu yang datang jam 9.00 pagi rata-rata sudah kehabisan.

Wifi nya tidak cover menyeluruh areal hotel.

The room too old, and breakfast so so. When you stay in 3-4 star hotel, you will get a awesome breakfast but you never get it in sere nauli. Management of hotel should work hard for maintenance the hotel.

The room are diffrent between real and photos. The room so so.

Kebijakan yang membingungkan, terdapat aturan jika per kamar dihuni lebih dari 2 orang dewasa (kami 3 orang dewasa) wajib menggunakan extra bed dengan tambahan biaya 300 ribu, namun saat dilapangan katanya extra bed tidak tersedia tapi diwajibkan memesan 1 kamar lagi, dan ketidaktersediaan extra bed tersebut tidak dicantumkan.
