Please change the yellow sheets and towels, the bathroom smells of urine all the time, the food is also awful, the porridge is cold, the menu for both nights is the same, the first and last one,

I hope they could provide new sheet, pillow case, and towel too.

The kettle for hot water doesn't work, the refrigerator isn't cold, I asked for a non-smoking room, the reason is it's full, the room still smells really bad of cigarettes,... the towels are really shabby, the color is gray, how can it be like this for 1 million rupiah... please fix it

Please do not use the towel again if there are stains on it. The sheet set and towels are starting to fade.

Check-in and check-out were easy. Towels needed recharging. The TV signal took a long time to load, only working in the morning. The staff checking the TV, delivering food, and parking attendants were friendly, informative, and helpful. The hotel is strategically located and easily accessible.

The location is strategically located in the city center. However, access to the hotel is a bit cumbersome: from the main road, you have to make a detour to the toll gate or take a fairly narrow village road. The room was small (as described). The most uncomfortable part was the very compact, quarter-circle-shaped bathroom—it was easy to bump into it when showering. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and helpful; our room move yesterday was handled promptly. Thank you, Ibis Pasteur team! Breakfast is below average. They provide stale fried rice. We need to pay 90thou. for additional breakfast, but the menu is more likely 30thou. I will never stay in this hotel anymore. It is below of standard Ibis hotel.

Parking is tight, but the valet attendants are very responsive and friendly.

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is close to the Pasteur toll gate.
